Receptionist - 1 Month Contract

Job Summary 
We are seeking a dynamic and professional receptionist to cover front desk operations for a temporary period of 01 month for one of our clients. This role serves as the first point of contact and is essential in managing communication channels, office coordination, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle incoming and outgoing emails promptly, ensuring proper communication flow

  2. Manage all incoming phone calls with courtesy, redirect appropriately, and record messages

  3. Support office coordination tasks such as scheduling, maintaining supplies, and assisting staff

  4. Welcome visitors and provide professional assistance at the front desk 

  5. Receive and distribute mail and packages accurately

  6. Ensure the reception area remains tidy and organized

  7. Perform other receptionist-related tasks as assigned 

    Qualifications & Skills 

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 

  3. Proficiency in MS Office and email systems

  4. Professional appearance and attitude

  5. Ability to stay composed and efficient under pressure

  6. Previous front desk or reception experience preferred

  7. Must be available for immediate joining
