Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and alert Female Lifeguard, to ensure the safety of guests at our swimming facilities. The ideal candidate will be highly observant, physically fit, and certified in lifesaving techniques. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise all activities in and around the swimming pool area.
- Ensure guest safety by preventing accidents and responding immediately to emergencies.
- Administer first aid and CPR when necessary.
- Enforce safety rules and facility regulations courteously but firmly.
- Maintain cleanliness and order around the pool area.
- Participate in regular training and emergency drills.
- Monitor swimming activities at the pool facility and ensure that policies, guidelines, and safety procedures are followed.
- Supervise the pool from the correct Lifeguard positions
- Remain on Poolside at all times whilst the pool is in use
- Identify emergencies quickly and take appropriate action
- Enforce and adhere to pool rules and admissions policy
- Cautions swimmers regarding unsafe practices and safety hazards; enforces and adheres to pool rules and regulations.
- Administers first aid in the event of injury, rescues swimmers in distress or danger of drowning, and administers CPR and/or artificial respiration, if necessary.
- Follows emergency action plan and procedures established in the event of an emergency.
- Inspects facilities for cleanliness; completes general pool cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Maintains order in the pool and adjoining areas.
- Responsible for the availability and safekeeping of emergency equipment (rescue tubes, backboard, signs and other equipment).
- Determines chlorine content and pH value of water, using water testing kit, and record readings.
- Provides general information on pool operation to patrons.
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.

- Inspect pool for cleanliness
- Be fully aware of the contents of the PSOP & act accordingly.
Requirements:
- Female applicants only (due to facility or cultural requirements).
- Valid Lifeguard Certification (Red Cross, YMCA, or equivalent recognized by local authorities).
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
- Good swimming ability and physical stamina.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attentiveness.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English; other languages are an advantage.
