Key Responsibilities
• Administer and maintain the CAFM system for managing facilities operations, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
• Oversee manpower management and coordination to optimize team performance and resource allocation.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial documentation, including invoicing processes.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports on maintenance activities, system performance, and financial matters.
• Handle procurement activities, ensuring alignment with facilities management needs.
• Collaborate with technical staff to resolve system issues and integrate ERP systems with facilities management functions.
• Provide training and support to CAFM system users.
Qualifications
• Prior experience in Facilities Management (FM) or a similar industry.
• Proficiency in CAFM systems and ERP systems, with knowledge of integration between FM functions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with database management and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines effectively.
