CAFM Admin

The CAFM Administrator is responsible for the effective administration and operation of the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system, while supporting various facilities management functions.

This role encompasses manpower management, budgeting, procurement, and financial documentation to ensure smooth operational workflows and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the CAFM system for managing facilities operations, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.

Oversee manpower management and coordination to optimize team performance and resource allocation.

Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial documentation, including invoicing processes.

Prepare timely and accurate reports on maintenance activities, system performance, and financial matters.

Handle procurement activities, ensuring alignment with facilities management needs.

Collaborate with technical staff to resolve system issues and integrate ERP systems with facilities management functions.

Provide training and support to CAFM system users.


Qualifications

Prior experience in Facilities Management (FM) or a similar industry.

Proficiency in CAFM systems and ERP systems, with knowledge of integration between FM functions.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with database management and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines effectively.
