ADMIN ASSISTANT - TEMPORARY CONTRACT (3 months)

    Job Summary 

    We are seeking a dynamic and professional Admin Assistant to support office operations, manage files, prepare reports, and assist with administrative tasks. Candidates should have good communication skills, computer knowledge, and organizational ability.

     Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics

    • Prepare presentations, reports, and sales documentation using Microsoft Office Suite

    • Coordinate internal communications and follow-ups across the sales team

    • Assist in monitoring sales targets, and pipeline updates

    • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

    • Support the preparation of client proposals, business reviews, and sales decks

    • Organize and maintain digital filing systems for contracts, reports, and correspondence

    • Liaise with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) on behalf of the Management team.

    • Process expense reports, purchase requisitions, and vendor documentation

     Must Have
