Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Admin Assistant to support office operations, manage files, prepare reports, and assist with administrative tasks. Candidates should have good communication skills, computer knowledge, and organizational ability.Key Responsibilities
- Manage the calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Prepare presentations, reports, and sales documentation using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate internal communications and follow-ups across the sales team
- Assist in monitoring sales targets, and pipeline updates
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Support the preparation of client proposals, business reviews, and sales decks
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems for contracts, reports, and correspondence
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) on behalf of the Management team.
- Process expense reports, purchase requisitions, and vendor documentation
